If You Move Out Of The U.S. You Still Have To Pay U.S. Taxes
Even if you move out of the country permanently and are making income in another country you still have to pay taxes to the United States if you were born a U.S. citizen. The U.S. is the world's only industrialized nation that taxes it's citizens who have moved away from the country.
